There is an old stone cottage on a small hill with splendid view on river Sava with its lake and the Sevnica castle on the other side of the river. The property surface exceeds 1.3 hektars over 3 acres. The land is mostly covered with wood consisting of different trees and some bushes haselnuts. There are also several fruit trees apple trees, plum trees, cherry trees... and a small vinyard. The terrain is rich in different berries wild strowberries, bluberries... and mushrums. It is an absolute biological heaven with some rare wild flowers and different birds. The place is ideal for a nature lover, a fisherman or a hunter. It is both away from the overcrowded city centers and only two kilometers from the nearest shopping center, bank and post office. The whole area is well covered with GPS signal for mobile phones and internet.

Ljubljana airport is some 85 km away, Zagreb airport Croatia some 100 km away and Graz airport Austria less than 200 km away. There is less than two hours drive to either Austria or Italy. There is less than one hour to the Slovenian capital Ljubljana and some two hours to the sea shore.
