The High Point Project is located approximately 1 hour west of Panama City, approximately 15 minutes south of the Altos de Maria complex and approximately 20 minutes north of some of Panamarsquos finest beaches and resorts.The main attributes of the High Point Project are its strategical location, its beauty, views of mountains, ocean views and its river front access. Given these advantages coupled with its competitive cost makes High Point extremely viable. The Offer includes the land and the Project achievements to date over the land. The land is actually five properties, fully titled, totaling approximately 90 hectares. It sits in front of the Rio Chame, on the road to Altos de Maria. It has access to two roads and there is electric up to the property. There is plenty of water on the property as well as approximately 300mts of river frontage. Furthermore, on approximately one hectare, there is a rock deposit as well as other natural resources throughout the land that can be used for the development of roads and more. It is in an excellent location as it is only 20 minutes from the beaches of Punta Chame and 30 minutes from Coronado where there is solid growth underway as indicated by the development of new shopping centers and the new Johns Hopkins satellite location.

The Project achievements include a Master Plan design, topography study, feasibility study, environmental impact study 90 completed, water study and marketing materials including the website, logo, photos, videos, extensive Broker list, marketing network and Broker Agreements for the sales of individual lots. The Project is being offered for 4.5M. Considering nearby comparables are at 7-10/m2 and that all of the above mentioned project achievements are included in the sale, a quick sale is expected at the price the project is being offered.

The Partners of the Project have only recently decided to sell the Project. However, should an Equity Investor wish to invest in the full development of High Point of Rio Chame that too is an option.
