Moyobamba is 110 meters from Tarapoto where you can take an airplane to Iquitos, Lima etc. You can go one hour further and arrive in Yurimaguas. There you may take a boat -one and a half day- to Iquitos. The other way by, bus or car, 13 hours and you are in Chiclayo -close to the Pacific ocean.

We have been developing this beautiful piece of land to make a camp resort. We have large pond two channels to irrigate the water from the river through the pond. We have people come, camp, and fish. We rent everything, sell the fish by weight. We can transport people from a port at Moyobamba to the property by the Mayo Rio.

We are in the process of encompassing the four sides with concrete block 10 feet high. There are many trees, some are very large, and there is bamboo that we can always sell. Also there are bananas, and other fruit. It is a paradise with much potential. As we continue to improve, the price will continue to increase.
