Currently we offer a three star hotel in the Laoshan District of Qingdao,Shandong,China located on the coast of the Yellow Sea.Qingdao as you may know is the sight of the sailing competition for the 2008 Olympics.The owner received the Building Certificate for the site in December of 2006 and began operation in June of 2007 quickly moving to a point of 70 - 80 occupancy rate in less than a year.The majority of customers being of business background due to its minutes of walking distance from the venues of Qingdao International Exhibition and Conference Centre,holding events throughout the year as well as the Laoshan District Government Hall.
This 6 storey 107 room hotel is comprised of floors 1 - 4 for customer use while floors 5 - 6 are set for office space with the lobby designed in cultural chinese style.In total 8000 m2 with the first 4 stories commanding 4000m2 1500m2 is of completely new construction.The restaurant at the first level with street and hotel access allots 400m2.
