This award winning retreat is positioned in a magnificent setting with panoramic views. The Tree House structure is composed of five tree-like columns extending from the ground upwards to anchor the roof. Steel columns support the lower floors like a tree trunk and timber branches at their tops spread out to support the roof canopy. The three levels of a house form a tri-partite composition, with a base middle and top each defined by different materials. The house can be entered on two levels. A circular clad in stainless steel is the vertical circulation connecting each level. Each floor of the rectangular plan is bisected by an undulating wall that mimics a stream running through the site. Amazing Design
